may roundup

Sorry I'm so late this month!  I figured this worked for Memory Monday. :)  Here's my monthly roundup!

1. What fun things did we do this month?
Auntie Tam and Uncle Matthew came to visit for a weekend, which we always love!

And the Garzas came to visit us too! We haven't seen them in almost two years, so it was a special treat!

2. Where did we go this month?
We went to Logan's first baseball game when the Garzas were here!  He had fun, although he was more interested in the music they played and the food they served. :)

3. What special celebrations happened this month?

Garrison turned four, so we were able to help him celebrate!

Auntie Kelly had a birthday, and we had a nice Mother's Day.

4. What fun projects was I working on this month?

This month included my "craft extravaganza" - the three days I had off between jobs.  So I got Logan's quilt top done, finished a mini-album for him, and got a bunch of other miscellaneous projects done.  I'm working on making throw pillows (post soon), a bulletin board for our office/craft room, and finishing up our wedding album.

5. What other special memories do we have from this month?

Our lilac bush in the backyard bloomed.  The smell of lilacs always transports me to my childhood. :)  I think Logan might have enjoyed them as much as I did!
6. Goals for next month:
  • Send my first quilt to be quilted.  Yes, I haven't done that yet. :)
  • Finish up the throw pillows I've started.
  • Get caught up on P365 journaling!
